Tumble 1 

Ages 5 and up 

Monday – 5:45 – 6:45 

Wednesday -4:30-5:30

Thursday – 4:30-5:30 

Sunday – 5:30 – 6:30 

Tumble 1 is a beginner class. No skills are required to join this class.

We will focus on forward roll, push up to backbend, handstand, and cartwheels in this class. We will also teach basic shaping and conditioning for tumbling.

Tumble 2 

Monday – 5:15 – 6:15 

Wednesday – 5:30 – 6:30 

Thursday – 4:00 – 5:00 

Sunday – 6:00 – 7:00 

 

Tumble 2 is an advanced beginner class.

To join this class, you must already have a cartwheel, forward roll, handstand, and push up to backbend.
We will focus on learning standing backbends, backbend kickovers, roundoffs, and backward rolls. We will also introduce front walkovers and work on basic tumbling shapes and conditioning.

Tumble 3 

Monday 4:45 – 5:45

Wednesday 5:00-6:00

Sunday 6:30 – 7:30 

Tumble 3 is an intermediate class.

To join this class, you must already have a cartwheel, forward roll, handstand, and push up to backbend, standing backbend, roundoff, backbend kickover, and a backwards roll.
We will focus on learning front and backwalkovers, standing and running backhandsprings. We will continue working tumbling shapes and conditioning in this class.

tumble 4 & 5 

Tuesday 7:00 – 8:00

Tumble 4 and 5 are advanced classes.

To join this class, you must already have a cartwheel, forward roll, handstand, and push up to backbend, standing backbend, roundoff, backbend kickover, and a backwards roll, standing and running backhandspring by yourself and pretty (straight legs, feet together, etc)

Shaping your tumbling for SUCCESS-$40

Ages: 5-12

Wednesday 6:30 – 7:30 

Shapes and proper conditioning is essential for tumbling and cheer. If you want your athlete to succeed in tumbling and have good jumps, they must practice on their body control, shaping, flexibility and strength as well. This is a brand new class that we hope ALL of our athletes decide to attend!

Boys Tumbling

Ages: 6 -14

Tuesday 6:00-7:00

Any boys interested in learning tumbling can take this class. We will focus on basic tumbling shapes, forward rolls, handstands, cartwheels, roundoffs, backhandsprings and more.

Skills learned will depend on your athletes current skills. We will progress each athlete individually.

This class will be different than our ninja classes because we will not do the other gymnastics apparatus or obstacle courses.
