TUMBLING - $ 70 per month
In our tumbling classes students will learn proper stretching techniques, strength training exercises, and core tumbling skills. Students will be broken into groups based on their skill levels within each class. We will focus on skills such as backbends, handstands, cartwheels, round-offs, front & back walkovers, backhandsprings, backtucks, layouts, fulls, etc. We will use lots of effective drills to master the different body positions needed for these skills and will progress each athlete on an individual basis.

MIDSTATE JR. NINJAS - $65 per month
Ninja classes will teach athletes how to safely perform flips and tricks using mats and the foam pit. Athletes will improve their fitness, agility, strength, and coordination while learning air awareness and confidence in their body’s abilities.

Beginner Gymnastics- $70 per mONTH
Our gymnastics classes focus on skills that use the bars, beam, vault and floor skills. These classes will help students learn terminology and the basic skills needed for gymnastics. This class is fun and positive and does not require any specific skills to join.

PRESCHOOL-$65 per month
Our preschool classes are designed for girls ages 3 and 4 years old. Students will be introduced to each piece of gymnastics apparatus as they are taught basic gymnastics skills and body positions that will help develop coordination, balance, strength, and body awareness. Students will also practice social skills such as working with a group, waiting their turns, listening to directions, and following directions
