Monday 5:45 – 6:45

Sunday 6:30 – 7:30

Ninja classes teach athletes how to safely perform slips and tricks using mats and other gym equipment. Athletes will improve their fitness, agility, strength, and coordination while learning air awareness and confidence in their body’s abilities.
