Our preschool classes are designed for girls ages 3 and 4 years old. Students will be introduced to each piece of gymnastics apparatus as they are taught basic gymnastics skills and body positions that will help develop coordination, balance, strength, and body awareness. Students will also practice social skills such as working with a group, waiting their turns, listening to directions, and following directions.
Advanced Preschool

Advanced preschool is an invite only class. If you feel your athlete should be evaluated for a more advanced preschool class, please reach out to set up an evaluation.
